Vantaan uusien asuntojen tavoite<br \/>\n2 000 asuntoa vuodessa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vantaa on j\u00e4\u00e4nyt tavoitteesta l\u00e4hes joka vuosi. Viimeisen kymmenen vuoden aikana tavoitteeseen on p\u00e4\u00e4sty vain kahdesti, vuosina 2003 ja 2011. L\u00e4helle on p\u00e4\u00e4sty v. 2004 1990:ll\u00e4 asunnolla, heikoin oli vuosi 2009, silloin valmistui vain 956 uutta asuntoa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuluvana vuonna tavoitteeseen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kuluvana vuonna 2014 tavoitteeseen p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4neen aloitettujen hankkeiden sek\u00e4 haettujen rakennuslupien perusteella. Vuonna 2013 aloitettiin 2 466:n uuden asunnon rakentaminen.<br \/>\nArvio vuonna 2014 almistuvista asunnoista on 2 350 kpl.<br \/>\nRakentamisen p\u00e4\u00e4paino on Kivist\u00f6ss\u00e4,
